THE PROCESS Made from 100% Blue Agave, TEQUILA CAZADORES requires a seven-step fully sustainable and zero waste production process including a double distillation, double fermentation and a careful maturation process, overseen and crafted by Maestro Tequilero Jesus Susunaga. And while it remains true to Don Jose Maria's original recipe from 1922, today's production process has evolved to reflect the growing demand for TEQUILA CAZADORES and the efforts we have made to ensure a completely sustainable operation.
