High West Bottled in Bond Bourbon

$79.99

High West Distillery’s first ever Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon is here. Crafted in Wanship, Utah at 4,000 feet above sea level, this limited release is distilled in a single season, aged for over four years, and bottled at 100 proof in accordance with the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897.

Made from a mash bill of 64% Colorado corn and 36% Idaho rye, and fermented with three unique yeast strains, this bourbon delivers layers of depth and character.

Tasting Notes:

  • Nose: Honeycrisp apple, golden raisins, kumquat zest, wildflower honey, malted chocolate, toasted oak, and graham cracker crust.

  • Palate: Peach and cherry cobbler, gingersnaps, roasted marshmallow, cocoa nibs, puffed wheat, molasses, and subtle herbs.

  • Finish: Long, elegant, with notes of almond, brown butter, and warm oak.

A landmark release from Utah’s trailblazing distillery — bold, complex, and distinctly High West.
