Heaven Hill Bottled in Bond Double Mash is a groundbreaking new release that pushes the boundaries of what bottled-in-bond bourbon can be. Crafted by master distiller Conor O'Driscoll, this expression is a bold experiment in mashbill artistry — a first-of-its-kind blend that honors the strict bottled-in-bond regulations while showcasing the creative flexibility those standards allow.

The Mashbill

Double Mash is composed of two distinct Heaven Hill mashbills, each aged for nine years before being blended and bottled at 100 proof:

• Two-thirds: Traditional bourbon mashbill — 78% corn, 10% rye, 12% malted barley
• One-third: Wheated bourbon mashbill — 68% corn, 20% wheat, 12% malted barley

The Vision

"Double Mash was born from a desire to showcase not only our deep respect for the bottled-in-bond regulations, but also our understanding of the flexibility those standards allow," says Conor O'Driscoll, Heaven Hill's master distiller. Rather than releasing another variation of the classic Bottled in Bond expression, O'Driscoll set out to create a completely different tasting experience — one that stands on its own as a landmark release.
