G4 Tequila Reposado Clásico
Process & Profile
G4 Tequila Reposado Clasico, also introduced as Throwback Reposado, explores two complementary barrel influences. Created by Felipe Camarena at El Pandillo, the tequila is divided into two portions: half ages in previously used American oak whiskey barrels, while the other half rests in previously used sherry casks. After three months, the two portions are blended together.
This approach brings dried-fruit richness and gentle oak sweetness to G4’s cooked agave and black pepper character. Vanilla and soft spice round out the profile while keeping the agave prominent. A replica of G4’s original 2012 label connects this limited release to the brand’s early history.
