G4 Tequila Blanco Clásico

Process & Profile

G4 Tequila Blanco Clasico revisits the brand’s beginnings with a distinctive blend and a replica of its original 2012 label. Created by Felipe Camarena at El Pandillo in the Jalisco Highlands, this expression combines 90% classic G4 Blanco with 10% fiber-fermented tequila. The release uses mature, eight-year-old Blue Weber agave, bringing concentrated agave character to an unaged tequila.

Production includes stone-oven cooking, mechanical tahona crushing, open-air fermentation, and double distillation in copper stills. A 50/50 combination of spring water and rainwater forms another defining part of the recipe. The fiber-fermented component adds texture and vegetal depth, complementing cooked agave sweetness, citrus, herbs, and minerality.
