Archie Rose Australian Original Whisky brings together the distillery's Straight Rye Malt and Single Malt Australian whiskies in an approachable, lighter-style all-malt blend. Crafted in collaboration with co-owner Chris Hemsworth, it showcases Australian-grown heritage rye and barley malts in a versatile 40% ABV expression.
Matured for at least three years in European and American oak casks in coastal Sydney, this whisky is made without neutral spirits, artificial colourings, or flavourings.
Tasting Notes
- Nose: Pineapple and citrus peel, opening into salted caramel, malt chocolate, and roasted hazelnut.
- Palate: Pineapple, banana, and citrus layered with figs, dates, milk chocolate, and brown sugar.
