Kutani porcelain bottles, also known as five-color porcelain, represent the pinnacle of porcelain craftsmanship worldwide. This exceptional art form involves an incredibly intricate and costly production process. Each hue of clay undergoes separate firing stages, each at varying temperatures and durations. This distinctive method bestows upon Kutani porcelain its hallmark lustrous colors and distinctive tactile qualities, with each color, such as the floral motifs on this bottle, gracefully rising to different heights.

THE GIN

This gin is a masterpiece, meticulously crafted to deliver an unparalleled sensory experience. It all begins with the distillation of fresh, fermented juniper, chosen for its ability to enhance the aromatic profile. This juniper essence is subtly blended with five other botanical components, resulting in a harmonious and transcendent blend:

• Juniper berries, carefully fermented and distilled.
• Agave flowers, tuna (prickly pear) cactus flowers, and pitaya (dragon fruit) cactus flowers, meticulously macerated in agave spirits and subsequently redistilled.
• These fractionally distilled elements are then artfully combined with unfermented agave stem (quiote) juice and aged for a full five years in pristine Castanea Sativa (chestnut) barrels. Over time, these barrels impart subtle undertones extracted from the toasted chestnut wood cask staves, contributing to the gin's exceptional character and complexity.
