Woodinville 10 Year Straight Bourbon Whiskey 750 mL

$149.99

A Decade of Washington Bourbon

Woodinville 10 Year Straight Bourbon Whiskey brings together ten years of aging, a higher-rye recipe, and a 100-proof bottling strength. Rich caramel, seasoned oak, and rye spice make this limited-edition 750 mL release a compelling addition to a bourbon enthusiast's shelf or a thoughtful whiskey gift.

Released in 2026, this expression completes Woodinville's 8-9-10 Year limited-edition series, following the 8 Year in 2024 and the 9 Year in 2025. Its mash bill combines 55% corn, 35% rye, and 10% malted barley, with a higher rye content than Woodinville's standard bourbon.

The oak staves are seasoned outdoors for 24 months before being crafted into new barrels with a heavy toast and light char. A decade of aging builds the bourbon's caramel, oak, and spice profile, presented at 50% ABV (100 proof).

Tasting Notes

  • Nose: Dark caramel, toasted oak, baked apple, and vanilla with a touch of rye spice.
  • Palate: Rich toffee, dried cherry, cinnamon, and cocoa layered over seasoned oak.

What Makes This Release Different?

The 10-year age statement, higher-rye mash bill, and specially prepared oak barrels distinguish this expression from Woodinville's standard bourbon. It is also the concluding release in the distillery's 8-9-10 Year limited-edition series.
